How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Mp3iBooks → Cancel. On Android, open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Mp3iBooks → Cancel.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to the Profile tab. Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
I subscribed but can't access premium audiobooks
Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, go to the Subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases". This syncs your subscription status with the server. If you still have trouble, contact us using the form above.
The app is not playing audio / audio stops
Make sure you have a stable internet connection for streaming. For offline listening, download the audiobook first. If audio stops unexpectedly, check that battery optimization is not killing the app in the background (common on Android).
Which devices are supported?
Mp3iBooks is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad running iOS 13+) and Android (devices running Android 6.0+). A web version is planned for the future.
