Mp3iBooks is an audiobook platform that provides access to a curated library of audiobooks. The Service is available through mobile applications for iOS and Android, and through our website at mp3ibooks.com.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Mp3iBooks offers subscription-based access to our audiobook library.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's policies.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including but not limited to audiobooks, text, images, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to Mp3iBooks.

• You may stream and download content solely for personal, non-commercial use
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content
• Downloaded content is for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access controls
• Use automated means to access or interact with the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Availability and Modifications
